The Glastonbury Irish-American Society has over 2,000 members. Membership is open to any person 21 years or older, and of Irish descent, or a spouse of a member in good standing.

• Annual dues for an individual membership are $100 per year.
• Annual dues for a married couple (Spousal Membership) are $140 per year.
• When a new member(s) is joining, there is also a one-time $50 initiation fee that each must pay in addition to the dues. 
• For an individual membership the total cost would be $150, 
• For a spousal membership the total cost would be $240.

Those that join from September through December will pay a pro-rated dues rate for the remainder of the year, plus the initiation fee.

Once a month the Membership Secretary will hold a “New Member Screening/Swearing In” day.  It will vary between an evening mid-week, or an afternoon on the weekend.   If you are sponsoring a candidate for membership, please be advised that the prospective new member(s) must appear for a screening by a Board of Directors member.  Once all applicants have been screened and accepted for membership, the group will be sworn in by our President.  New members must be in attendance and dues must be paid at this time.

Prospective members must fill out the membership form and be sponsored by a current Club Member
Once filled out, you have 4 choices:

• send an email to the Membership Secretary saying you are interested in joining, then bring the application with you on the screening/swearing in day
• email it to the Membership Secretary at membership@irishamericanhome.com
• drop it off in an envelope marked “membership application"
• either inside the bar area in the wooden box by the door in the slot marked Dues, or
• outside in the drop-box (mounted on the outside wall below the light) by the door to the downstairs club area
• or send via postal mail
