IAHS Christmas Shopping Day Wreath & Christmas Log Fundraiser
Our Christmas Shopping Day Wreath & Cemetery Log Fundraiser is fast approaching on Sunday, November 27th from 11-4pm.
The pre-ordered decorated Christmas Logs will be tagged and available at Lights of Love and on Christmas Shopping Day. We are keeping the price at $25 and will accept both cash & checks payable to IAHS at pick up. Thank you for the strong support of Members who have already added their names to the list for this very meaningful yearly tradition of bringing a piece of the Irish American Home to those family and friends celebrating the Christmas Season in Heaven.
Unfortunately, due to supply & delivery issues, our supplier/partner, Botticello Farms in Manchester has not received the large wreaths yet, we do have a dozen of the small ones.
Please remember we will also have some genuine turf or Irish “coal” stocking stuffers for those on Santa’s Naughty List or a special Holiday Gift Bag with both sods & briquettes for the magical aroma of a peat fire.
As previously reported, we are also actively seeking gifts for the popular (and profitable!) Members’ Holiday Treasure Tables at Christmas Shopping Day, with ALL proceeds benefiting the IAHS. Think of this donation as your Christmas present to your Club. Please consider donating raffle-type prizes or baskets, gift cards, bottles of cheer, handcrafted or holiday related items and more. Treasure Table Gifts can be dropped off at the Club on Friday at Lights of Love on November 25th or on Saturday, November 26th downstairs before the GAA Sportsmen Dinner. Arrangements can also be made to have volunteers to receive or pick up your gift donations. Thank you to everyone that who has given a gift or are planning to bring a present to add to the Treasure Table. Please remember that to make this fundraiser a success, we need as many of our Members as possible to Donate and Purchase!
