The Irish Poets Society meets quarterly on the last Tuesday of the month.

The inaugural meeting of the Irish Poets Society is Tuesday, March 28th, from 7 to 9pm in the downstairs lounge. Meetings will be held every 3 months, each with a different theme. The four sessions for 2023 will cover Poetry of Love, Loss, Nature and War.

Please sign up using the 'Register' button. If our meeting fills, be sure to add yourself to the waitlist. We will add sessions if needed so everyone gets a chance to join in.

We hope to see you on Tuesday, weather permitting, for an evening of Irish Poetry of Love. All poems are readily available on Google, so bring your smartphone to read along with us. And if you have a favorite Irish love poem, you're welcome to recite it for us. The poems scheduled for the evening include the following:

Moonshine – Richard Murphy

The Song of Wandering Aengus – W. B. Yeats
